I am an online freelancer for more than a year now doing mostly research, writing, SEO and VA work. I am very resourceful when it comes to doing research and I exhaust all possibilities before giving up.
We attended the 2010 Kadayawan Festival last Saturday. It was the first festival I attended Philippine festival I attended outside my hometown. We didn’t get to see the street dancing performances because there were so many people watching! But we still had a great time and we took a lot of pictures!
Just arrived! We managed to enter the restricted area where the performers were hidden while waiting for their turn on stage.
The Pink Hat. Sunny festival. My hands are already full with Aki so an umbrella is not with practical with hordes of people around so I bought this hat at the sidewalk for 50 pesos!

The rabbit that never was. We promised (and forgot) to buy him this rabbit sold at the bazaar.
A cooperative lot. We bumped into these more-than-willing performers on the way home!

I recently purchased a new desktop pc that comes with Windows 7 and for some reason, the Skype window does not disappear from the taskbar when I close it. I like how Skype minimizes to the system tray when I’m not talking to anyone. I find its sticking in the sidebar very inconvenient because I often accidentally click and activate it. It also adds to the icon when I do Alt+Tab.
Tinkering Skype, I finally found a way to hide Skype to the system tray!
In Skype, go to Tools -> Options.
Then, click on Advanced tab to go to Advanced settings.
Uncheck and untick the Keep Skype in the taskbar while I’m signed in option.
Click Save button, and the Skype button or icon will be removed from Taskbar on minimize.
